WOMEN’S WILDERNESS YOGA RETREAT

AUGUST 6TH-9TH, 2026 | GOLDEN CUP WILDERNESS MENDOCINO COUNTY, CA

A Wild Woman Awakening

This is a 4-day, 3-night wilderness immersion for women who feel the call to return to inner peace, to the living Earth, and to the part of themselves that remembers simplicity, clarity, and sovereignty.

An invigorating healing adventure designed to support personal renewal through nature, movement, and intentional community. Here, modern life softens its grip. The nervous system exhales. The body remembers how to listen.

Unreached by light pollution, cellphone reception, and modern pollutants, our days unfold beneath open skies and our nights beneath stars so clear they feel close enough to touch.

Cleanse. Rewild. Heal.

This retreat is for conscious women, mystics, and community leaders who feel drawn to simpler living, energetic clarity, and deeper communion with the natural world.

Workshops and practices are led by a team of talented healing artists and trauma-informed practitioners, creating a container that is both gentle and profound.

Retreat Activities

Our time together is intentionally spacious, allowing healing and joy to happen through both guided practices and quiet integration.

  • Outdoor Restorative & Yin Yoga

  • Creative healing arts workshops

  • Sound healing & meditation

  • Reading, journaling, and reflection

  • Nature walks and hiking
